The surgery is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays
When the surgery is closed, out of hours calls are dealt with by NHS111. Telephone 111 and you will be directed to the most appropriate medical service for your health needs. 

Home Visits
Requests for home visits should be made before 10am. The clinican will contact you by telephone first to triage.

All GP Surgeries have adopted telephone, e-consultations & video conultations to provide remote consultations. 

Where necessary, if technology has not provided a resolution we have invited patients to the practice to further assess their condition in a Covid safe enviroment.

If you struggle with technology please telephone the practice and we will be happy to discuss how yours needs will be met by the practice.

We want to keep patients safe and as far as possible manage your problems remotely.  GPs need to minimise the footfall in their premises to ensure that as far as possible we do not put any of our staff or patients at extra risk.

You should contact the practice to regarding any concerns you have, do not ignore any ailments.

The practice continues to offer telephone consultations, e-consultations, video consultations and face to face appointments.

We hope to use our surgery website as a way of presenting all our patients with an up to date resource for all information relating to our practice. We will keep it current with any news, developments and details that are relevant to the practice and our patients.

As well as a source of information about our Practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you use the website as a useful resource with links to other reliable websites for health related information. If there is topical health information we will also add this to the website.

Have a look around our website and please do send us some feedback. We can use your thoughts to improve our online services and further develop the website to make it a more useful, practical application for our patients.

We have also included our Privacy Statement above.  In order to provide for your care, we need to collect and keep information about you and your health on our records.  The privacy statement explains how we do this in greater detail.
