We have an in house complaints procedure details can be obtained from reception. If you have a complaint about the practice you should address this to The Complaints Manager Mrs E A Heimes.
In turn we expect reasonable behaviour from patients. Verbal or physical abuse Will not be tolerated.
All complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days. The practice manager will thoroughly investigate any complaint but this may sometimes take a little time. All of The Birches Medical Centre's responses are checked by Bardoc Goverance.
